Vaccines and Your Kitten

We believe in creating a personalized vaccine schedule that is tailored for your kitten’s needs to maximize the protection against any diseases he or she is likely to be exposed to. There are many diseases that are preventable through the judicious use of vaccines, so it is important to create an individualized protocol early in life to protect both your kitten and your family.

Microchipping

Your Kitten’s First Visit

In preparation for your kitten’s first visit with us, it is helpful to bring the health information provided to you by the seller or shelter. This information should include a previous history of vaccines and deworming. We also ask that you bring a fresh stool sample, and bring your kitten in a secure carrier.

Three times I have had to use the vets ER. It’s reassuring that the hospital is open 24/7. Because we use Quakertown vets for regular care, vaccines and well checkups we are not charged the ER fees. My older lab was recently found to have heart failure. Due to the vet finding it when he was there for another reason, led to Alex getting early treatment. They have every specialist one could need. Frosty our German shepherd puppy was found to have a GI infection and treated. I can always get an appointment fairly quickly. The staff are great, understanding, very competent and knowledgeable. They take the time to care for my boys and answer my questions so I can make an educated informed decision caring for them.
